My chalkboards and signs are drawn from scratch. I freehand draw most of my designs in chalk even if it’s a permanent design. When working on site it’s not unusual to attract a few onlookers. I’m often designing as I go - I'll always start with a rough sketch plan but it’s not usually a fully rendered design.
